Karate

Kata is frequently defined as a pre-planned sequence of karate moves performed against fictitious opponents. Kicks, punches, sweeps, strikes, blocks, and throws are all part of the kata. Stepping, twisting, turning, dropping to the ground, and jumping are all examples of body movements. Kata in Shotokan is not a performance or demonstration, but rather an opportunity for kids to practice the complete techniques involved while also paying close attention to the rhythm.
